Self-awareness is the 'meta-skill of the 21st Century' (Tasha Eurich) yet only 10-15% of people are self-aware*. Great leadership requires clarity about who you are and how others perceive you, but the reality often remains hidden. Perceptions of your team may not align with those leaders have of themselves, and this is a problem.

At least half of all managers underachieve significantly due to a lack of self-awareness**.

Join us to gain clarity about how you want to lead, to increase self-awareness around your current reality, and to share practical strategies on how to move forward. If we want to establish a positive work culture, we have to make sure that we are operating from a positive place, and this requires self-leadership.

This interactive session will help you to identify what gets in the way of you being the leader you want to be, to consider what your team needs from you, and to consciously plan a path that takes you in the direction to bring your best self to work. Make your reputation one that mirrors the identity you want.

This one-hour, online workshop is aimed at leaders, managers and HR directors.
