Salary: £21,000 - £24,000


Project Administration Officer required to join Business Support team to provide project and administrative support for a leading organisation based on the Harwell Campus, on a 6 Month temporary contract.

As a Project Administration Officer you will be required to:

  • Provide project and administrative support to the Business Support Team
  • Manage defined projects and processes as identified by the Business Support Manager
  • Maintain, and assist with populating databases and paper and electronic file systems
  • Assist in the production and dissemination of paper as required by management
  • Deal appropriately with complex and sensitive information and document

To be considered for the Project Administration Officer role you will need to:

  • Have previous experience in a similar role
  • Have a good level of education
  • Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot tables
  • Have experience using Microsoft Office packages including Outlook and Power Point
  • Possess a friendly, confident, assertive personality
  • Be a clear communicator with good writing, data entry and telephone skills ensuring accuracy
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Have the ability to work to tight deadlines and managing multiple projects at once
  • Be competent in querying databases and presenting data electronically
  • Possess sound numeracy skills and an understanding of data presentation
  • Previous experience in a Government or NHS background would be beneficial
