A Pricing & Contracts Specialist required to join a dynamic international sales team working in the Medical Device industry

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be required to:

  • Ensure pricing requests are properly evaluated and approved 
  • Prepare supporting analysis for pricing request to ensure proper evaluation 
  • Calculate and submit payment of relevant admin fees in accordance with contractual requirements
  • Actively participate in price evaluations through providing analysis of opportunities with price adjustment proposals
  • Coordinate the legal agreement review and approval process through liaising with relevant departments
  • Contribute to the creation of new analytics relating to pricing and customer purchasing behaviour
  • Contribute directly to the enhancement and increased efficiency of the pricing operations processes
  • Research and apply for tenders including coordination of all documentation, involving interacting with all departments (Sales, Marketing, QA, etc) if needed
  • Keep the Sales Team up to date with progress and outcomes of contract renewals


To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor position you must:

  • Have a Bachelors Degree
  • Be fluent in English and French
  • Have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task 
  • Have outstanding customer service and communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Possess an excellent eye for detail and be able to exercise discretion 
  • Be skilled in using Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer
  • Be able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
