Salary: £15-17.00 per hour


Experienced Payroll Administrator needed until October for a well-established organisation based in Harwell Campus, Didcot.


As Payroll / HR Administrator you will be required to:

  • Manage monthly changes to the payroll including starters, leavers, and amendments and submitting to payroll bureau before director approval
  • Ensure that any data changes are reflected in the HR system to keep data current
  • Administrate changes to pensions and submit a monthly pensions upload to our provider
  • Add new cycle to work contracts, annual leave purchase arrangements and childcare vouchers

To be considered for the Payroll / HR Administrator you will need to:

  • Strong experience in managing payroll
  • Good awareness of PAYE and HMRC regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail with proven methods in reconciliation to minimise errors and mistakes in the payroll
  • Strong and varied HR systems experience and be an advanced user of Excel where knowledge of analysis, reporting and production of pivot tables would be an advantage
