Part-time Office Manager

Salary: £28-32,000 pro rata

Experienced Office Manager required to join a growing Bio-tech company who are working toward improving the cancer diagnostic pathway. Part-time basis based in Harwell Science Campus, Didcot.

As an Office Manager you will be required to:

  • Manage relationship with vendors, service providers and consultants, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time and working days of remote and contract workers are coordinated
  • Work with the accountants/bookkeepers to ensure that receipts and invoices are accounted for and monthly management accounts are provided to the CEO
  • Office administration including maintenance of company books, managing all health and safety requirements and ensuring all legal paperwork is correctly filed
  • Ensure that all office and basic lab supplies are kept in stock, plus occasional ad-hoc purchasing
  • Provide P.A. to the company`s founders, including diary management and travel planning
  • Manage the medical communications and social media including production of quarterly newsletters and marketing materials
  • Provide assistance in reporting and managing grants
  • Research grant funding opportunities and events organisation
