HR / Office Manager

Salary: £14 - 16 Per Hour

HR/ Office Manager required for an initial 3 month contract working with a market leading international software and supply chain management company.

The main reasonability’s of the role are: 

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office by managing facilities, procedures and implementing health and safety standards
  • HR/ Office Manager will provide PA support to the leadership team to include diary management, travel and general admin
  • Provide HR admin support to the HR team
  • Reception duties, including managing internal and external mail and fielding calls
  • Managing meeting room diaries and organising refreshments
  • Coordinating client (sales) events held at the Oxford site e.g. booking of venue and travel arrangements for attendees
  • Act as a point of contact for HR queries and Coordinating performance review / appraisal programmes

As an HR/ Office Manager you will possess:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Ability to work on own initiative with high level of self-motivation and proactivity
  • HR/ Office Manager must have high level of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
  • Proven administration experience
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
  • Ability to use MS Office including: Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Customer-facing experience
