Fantastic Graduate opportunity for an Internal Sales Manager to join friendly, supportive team, within an established international company based in Harwell Campus, Didcot.

If you enjoy managing warm leads stemming from existing relationships, this role would be ideal for you. This role is about managing communications with existing customers to increase engagement and maximise profitable internal sales growth. A warm sale in a service driven B2B environment and working for an establish organisation that prides themselves on their creditability. Attend trade shows and exhibitions globally. Attend B2B meetings.  You will be responsible to the VP Business Development for promoting and supporting key products, services and resources.

As Internal Sales Manager you will be required to:

  • Ensure continuous customer engagement and that business objectives are met
  • Monitor and understand the needs of different clients, their business strategies and operations to meet their needs
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients by communicating regularly
  • Track and analyse retention targets, sales revenue, profit targets and other KPIs to include feedback on competitor activity
  • Assist in the successful launch or development of commercial/business projects by communicating new developments, services, resources and insights
  • Write monthly summary reports and ensure all call activity is updated in the database
  • Establish strong and effective internal cross functional working relationships. Share best practice ideas with colleagues to ensure departmental success

To be considered for the Internal Sales Manager you will need to:
