Excellent opportunity to join new Telecommunications company as a Customer Service / Research Executive as part of their continued growth.

As a Customer Service / Research Executive you will be required to: 

• Deal with incoming enquires from customers via telephone and email 
• Use search engines and data bases to investigate and pursue information 
• Ensure that all information / data is updated and maintained accurately 
• Make outgoing calls to prospective clients to make enquiries 

To be considered for the role of Customer Service/ Research Executive you will need to: 

• Have a professional telephone manner 
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Be able to use search engines and data bases efficiently 
• Be innovative and able to problem solve 
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail 
• Be prepared to be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business
