Customer Service Associate - Italian Speaking

Salary: £22,000 -£23,500

An Italian speaking Customer Service Associate is needed to join a fast-paced team working in an international medical devices company based on Milton Park (1 year contract).

As an Italian Speaking Customer Service Associate you will be required to:

  • Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction possible to external and internal customers 
  • Provide effective, timely support to Sales from initial quotation until final activation for respective territory
  • Process orders, return authorisations and credit note requests timely & accurately
  • Answer email, telephone, fax and postal enquiries from existing and potential customers efficiently and within agreed timescales
  • Log information on calls received; maintain detailed and accurate records through ERP & CRM system. 
  • Identify, resolve and record customer interactions liaising with manufacturing sites and other internal departments and locations as required

To be considered for the Italian Speaking Customer Service Associate position you must:

  • Be educated to degree level
  • Be fluent in English and Italian 
  • Willing to develop understanding of procedures, principles and practices of tender and price management
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills
  • Have strong attention to detail & analytical skills with the ability to effectively manage your time as well as prioritise based on business needs
  • Proven ability to use good judgment and discretion throughout decision making processes in a fast-paced team environment
  • Be computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other databases (ERP System & CRM)
