This opportunity comes with:

  • £18-20,000/year starting salary
  • 25 holiday days + bank holidays
  • 35 working hours/week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, 1 hour lunch break

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to:

  • Demonstrate the core values and attributes of the company at every interaction with customers
  • Know and understand the tools, systems and resources available to you and the customer
  • Reflect a customer focused culture in all aspects of customer telephone, call handling and e-mail responses

To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor role you must have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when entering information onto SAS (Internal computer system)
  • The ability to work on own initiative and to work as part of a team
