Customer Service Advisor to join well established company based on Milton Park in Abingdon. Candidates will deal with all telephone communication from consumers, providing an excellent customer service role.

As a Customer Service Advisor your responsibilities will be:

  • To deal with all telephone communications from consumers and to record information accurately and correctly with notes added accordingly
  • To be able to raise new leads for the technicians
  • To ensure that all calls are answered within our agreed service levels
  • To process web claim forms within 5 working days
  • To take ownership and responsibility of calls to reduce manager call backs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Manager

To be considered for a role as a Customer Service Advisor you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when entering information onto SAS (Internal computer system)
  • Able to work on own initiative and to work as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
