Responsibilities:
*To deliver and exceed revenue targets as assigned on a consistent and ongoing basis.
*To build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of opportunities equating to at least three times sales quota.
*Submit and provide timely and accurate forecasting based on qualified pipeline.
*Deliver detailed account planning for each significant deal within established format.
*Understand strengths and weaknesses of competitor product and use this to maximum advantage within a competitive situation.
Requirements:
*Considerable sales experience derived from the software arena preferably within security and compliance management yet general software backgrounds will be considered.
*Proven new business sales ability in complex and high value enterprise software sales scenarios with the ability to create, progress and close new business wins.
*The ability to engage with all levels of decision makers up to board and operational level.
*Self starter with the ability to work unsupervised demonstrating high energy levels and determination to cold call to generate new business.
*Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and communicate complex business value proposition to all levels of decision maker.
Package:
£60-70k base
£8k car allowance
OTE £140k uncapped
