Responsibilities:
*Technical Account Management ensuring that the installed client base is making the very best use of their purchased systems.
*Advising on best practices with customers both direct and via customer web portal.
*Delivering webinars to end customers regarding precise topics identified for discussion.
*Ability to analyze and debug technical incidents and identify technical solutions to resolve complex technical issues.
*To deliver the highest level of technical expertise by being up to date with content management related technology and related issues with the purpose of developing new applications that benefit the customers.
Requirements:
*Good technical skills with the ability to code basic JavaScript applications and / or multi threaded web server with thread pooling are essential.
*Technical backgrounds with; Java, JavaScript, (Heap/Thread Dump), HTML, DHTML, XML, Apache & IIS.
*Backgrounds in; Technical Support, Development or Technical Consultancy required preferably derived from a software vendor, systems integration or technology provider environment.
*Strong client facing skills with the ability to handle complex technical queries liaising with product development.
*Positive attitude and willingness to participate on a rotational basis when required.

£50-60k base
